What information do we collect?
We collect personal information on the forms requesting information about an animal as follows: your name, your email address, and any information you put in the message section of the form.
We collect personal information on the membership and sponsorship forms as follows: your name, your email address, your physical address, your nationality. Additionally, on the forms which indicate that you want us to set up a direct debit, we collect your banking details.
How do we use personal information?
We use the information you send us on the animal information forms to enable us to give you information on the that you’re enquiring about.
We use the information you send us on the membership and sponsorship forms to have a record of your membership or sponsorship details and, in the case of the direct debit forms, to set up the direct debits with our bank.
What legal basis do we have for processing your personal data?
Our enquiry forms have a field which you must complete that says you give us consent to process the data on the form. A link to the Privacy & Cookie policy is available by clicking the Cookie consent link shown at the bottom left of the screen and an additional link to the Privacy & Cookie policy is on the footer of all pages.
When do we share personal data?
We do not share your personal data with any third party except in the case of direct debits where your bank details are given to our bank to enable the set up of the direct debits.
Where do we store and process personal data?
Our website server is located in Ireland and the sent membership forms are kept on the server for 3 months. The sent sponsorships forms and and the forms for enquiring about an animal are kept on the server only until they have been retrieved. We store the data in our animal shelter computers in Spain for a longer period.
Your rights in relation to personal data
You may, at any time, request that we remove all of your personal data from our computers and/or other devices as well as the website server. To do so, send an email to info@tripleamarbella.org.
